The general purpose of the charitable organization is to help eliminate blight and stabilize neighborhoods by improving housing conditions and establishing residents in neighborhoods, thereby lessening the burdens of government; receive donations of real property in any condition, rehabilitate deteriorated housing so that it may be resold; and to conduct programs with other charitable organizations and donate a portion of the proceeds from property sales to these charitable organizations.
