Real Foods Collective (RFC), is a community food collective based in Maywood, IL, build a resilient local food system. RFC is incubated by Proviso Partners for Health (PP4H) and the vision of RFC is a result of PP4H's experiences advancing food access with partners over the past decade. The mission is to create economic opportunity with the power of food, community, and connection.

Maywood Summer Market - Real Foods Collective and the Maywood Public Library put on a weekly farmers market to provide fresh produce to Maywood low income residents.
Every Day Counts - Every Day Counts is an intervention program conducted at Loyola University of Chicago in collaboration with the Medical College of Wisconsin. Real Foods Collective facilitates monthly cooking classes in coordination with Every Day Counts team.
