The organization's primary exempt purposes are the following:1. To provide educational, character and self-esteem building programs for the benefit of the community through teaching and promoting the game of softball, particularly among girls ages 5 through 18.2. To promote the social welfare of the community through programs that help combat juvenile delinquency.3. To combat community deterioration.4. To act and operate exclusively as a non-profit corporation pursuant to the laws of the state of minnesota and the united states and act as a charitable organization in lessening the burden to local government by offering, enhancing and augmenting any community youth programs currently operating.
