Rebuilding Together Greater Dallas Inc

Rebuilding for heroes is another large program focused on veterans, surviving spouses of veterans, teachers, medical professionals, and first responders. We are committed to improving the lives of our hometown heroes. In 2024, we completed repairs on seven homes in this program, increasing the average pass rate of 50% to 80%. We also completed extensive repairs at a nonprofit veteran facility.

Through our community revitalization program, rtgd extends our mission beyond individual homes to strengthen entire neighborhoods. In 2024, we completed repairs and improvements on a senior center, a foster care transitional living facility, and an elementary school. These projects not only enhanced safety and accessibility for the facilities' users but also created healthier, more supportive spaces for hundreds of community members.
