The mission of Rebuilding Together of Greater Charlotte is repairing homes, revitalizing communities, rebuilding lives.We mobilize community volunteers and contractors to provide repairs that make homes safer and healthier for lowincomehomeowners.

Workforce Development:RTGC supports workforce development by providing hands-on training and career opportunities in the construction trades. In the current year, RTGC trained seven full-time apprentices in partnership with local workforce development training organizations. This program equips participants with valuable skills and certifications, preparing them for long-term careers in the trades. Three of the trained apprentices were hired and promoted to Construction Assistants within RTGC, demonstrating the program's success in fostering professional growth and addressing the skilled labor shortage in the construction industry.
