ConsultingOnline through zoom and on-site personal training of leaders and teams, teaching the principles of a high trust culture, and reconciling relationships in a international ministry, a national ministry to pastors, a college in Oregon, a Christian Conference Center in Oregon, and churches in Texas, Arizona, Oregon, and California. This required many cross-country trips, hotel and meal expenses. This involved over 100 hours of mentoring through Zoom. If and when these resources generate income, it is immediately invested back into the general fund of our ministry.

Teachingdeveloping online courses and resources as we refreshed the wbsite. These online courses are to train individual leaders to create team unity and trust and to reconcile relationships between leaders in churches and missionary teams. Teaching these same courses and training leaders how to use these resources on site and in person. This requires travel, hotel, and meal expenses.
