Reddington Cemetery Perpetual Care Tr

The reddington cemetery perpetual care trust was established by the reddington cemetery association to provide for the long-term care and maintenance of the reddington cemetery. After payment of any necessary expenses for administration of the perpetual care trust, the trustee shall disburse to the person or entity recognized as the caretaker of the reddington cemetery, so much of the net trust income that is necessary, in the discretion of the trustee, for the care and maintenance of the cemetery.
