Redemption outreach was created to provide safe and supervised housingenvironment for men and women currently in the appalachian judicial circuitaccountability court programs. These individuals are either homeless or donot have adequate living conditions for sustaining their recovery.redemption outreach has two homes, the depot houses the men in the programand the elsie gillam home houses the women currently in the program.particpants pay the organization for housing, food and transportation.participants attend meetings and classes and particpants are supervised byhouse parents to promote rehabilitation from drug and alchohol abuse. Theorganization receives donations from the public, other nonprofitorganizations and local government agencies.
