CASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS FOR CLIENTS: RCHP-AHC operates seven social service programs 1) Interfaith RISE Refugee Resettlement Program; 2) Still Waters Anti-Trafficking Program; 3) Accompany Now, a program for unaccompanied minors; 4) Asylum Seeker Housing Program; 5) Re-Entry Housing, for people released from prison in NJ; and 6) Housing for Homeless & Low-Income NJ Residents; and 7) Neighbors Housing Neighbors Homelessness Diversion Program. These programs provide case management, direct services, and support to clients.

GLOBAL GRACE VENTURES: Global Grace Cafe, Marketplace, Woodshop, and Farms are refugee-run micro-businesses that provide first jobs and job readiness training to newly arrived refugees. Global Grace Health is a mobile public health team that provides COVID and flu testing and vaccines as well as health information to underserved communities across NJ.
