Our collective mission is to positively contribute to the criminal justice reform movement, nurture the leadership potential in the youths that cross the courts' path, and raising awareness of the historical issues against these young americans and create opportunities for them.

Substance use disorder and addiction: this program was developed to teach participants to recognize the effects and warning signs of misuse of substances that can be life threatening. In addition to the program, the organization added education about health and fitness to teach participants how the body fuels the mind. Food and excercise has a direct correlation on how humans feel and present themselves in society on an every day basis.
Emotional intelligence training: a program to teach one how to understand, use, and manage one's emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and defuse conflict.
