Mission
The purpose of the corporation is to engage in the following activities:To carry on the collection and storage of food goods and household items and distribution of such items to needy persons in the greater Rehoboth, Massachusetts area; to enter into contracts with persons, firms, and corporations for providing donations of such food goods and household items; to lease or license equipment or storage space for any of the foregoing purposes or for any purposes ancillary to, arising out of or incidental to or related to said purpose; to raise funds through various fund-raising activities for the purchase of food goods and household items for needy persons; to do or cause to have done any and all such acts and things as may be necessary, desirable, convenient or incidental to the consummation or accomplishment of any or all of the foregoing purposes or such other purposes which may be lawfully engaged in by a corporation in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
