To lead girls to the truth of their redeemed identity in christ, freeing them to pursue his plans, his purposes and his ways; to facilitate the formation of groups focused on bible study and skill development; to encourage and equip group leaders to intentionally pass the baton of faith to the group members; and to provide curriculum for use by the groups.
