We have funded trauma healing workshops in Kakuma refugee camp among the south Sudanese refugees. These individuals have fled their home region because of violence, and many of them have lost family members and witnessed acts of extreme violence. These workshops were facilitated by Timothy Ibrahim, a pastor at Kakuma refugee camp.

Expenses: $5K

Relief South Sudan has continued to support Benjamin Ibrahim and Jacob Wani, two young refugee men to attend university in Kenya. In Torit, South Sudan, Relief South Sudan provided school fees, learning supplies, and mentorship for 30 vulnerable children. Beneficiaries of the education program were primarily orphans and displaced children, who now enjoy consistent access to education.
