Mission
Rcrc is a national, multifaith community dedicated to protecting and advancing reproductive freedom through education, public witness, pastoral presence, and advocacy.
Programs
1 program
Visibility: amplifying the voices of religious leaders. Rcrc works to promote an impactful network of religious leaders who support access to contraception, abortion, and the full range of reproductive health care, both in the private and public spheres, and encourages religious literacy among our secular colleagues. Rcrc is engaged in op-ed writing, high-profile interviews, and building a social media presence across multiple platforms to deliver this unique messaging. We are also working to shape and enrich public discourse with our pro-choice spiritual companion site abortions welcome and our religion and repro learning center, both of which draw in clergy, activists, theologians, scholars, and healthcare workers to reflect on a range of topics related to reproductive freedom, religion, history, politics, social justice, and more. These events and resources serve as entry points to bringing more leaders into our network and amplifying their platforms.
