Employment & training services are designed to assist our candidates to be successful in the workforce out in the community. We work individually with the candidate and the company to have a successful employment opportunity. We provide support and follow-up to our candidates and our employers as needed. This helps warrant a successful and satisfying employment experience for both the employee and the employer.services include:discuss your strengths and interests and match that to the needs of areawork with area businesses for potential job opportunitiesdevelop resumeshelp prepare for the interviewtraining on work etiquetteselect companies based on your interest and abilitiesa variety of work experienceson-the-job trainingwe provide on-the-job training and have professionals work alongside our candidates in the workplace to produce educated, useful and effective support to both the candidate and the employer. Many of our positions are flexible and can be full-time, part-time or temporary work experiences.

Vocational rehab - we provide vocational skill training and development, as well as skill maintenance opportunities in the areas of work habits, attitudes, skills and behaviors. This involves assignments on light assembly, packaging, salvage, and material handling work. Workers are paid a wage commensurate with their productivity.

Youth services - offered at both our neenah and oshkosh locations, our youth services program is dedicated to supporting high school students, ages 14 and up, with physical or cognitive disabilities. We provide a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where young people can develop essential life skills, connect with peers, and explore their potential. Programs we offer: after-school club: a safe and welcoming space for teens to hang out after school every tuesday and wednesday. This student-led program fosters connection and creativity while offering an inclusive environment for socializing. Off-school day activities: on professional development days and school holidays, we offer guided activities and opportunities to explore the community. Saturday program: available on the first and third saturdays of the month, these sessions mirror our off-school day offerings with a focus on fun and skill-building. Summer program: running monday through friday, our summer program combines exciting activities with physical and mental wellness, career exploration, and pre-vocational training. Teens also engage in volunteering opportunities and enjoy a variety of fun experiences throughout the summer.
