Legal Services: $17,005 in dues revenue was expensed for legal professional services to legally collect $111,158 from 84 members owing delinquent dues assessments to the Organization benefitting the Organization as well as all remaining members with lots and living units.

Administrative Operations: $15,585 in dues revenue was expensed for contract labor to improve and maintain all administrative operations necessary for the effective and efficient operation of the Organization to include record keeping preparation and minutes of all meetings accounting operations invoicing contact and customer service to 530 members maintenance of various databases and reconciliation of daily calls and emails benefitting all 530 members and their 1362 lots living units.
