Conferences and retreats are planned and facilitated to encourage people to practice a meaningful spiritual life. In April 2024 the annual pastor's retreat, "First Love", was held for 40 pastors. In June 2024, Renovare held an event, "Worth Celebrating," attended in-person by over 300 people and online by another 700 people.

Spiritual Formation education is a core of Renovare's ministry and has been an emphasis for FY 2023-24. This general education occurs through various platforms: such as podcasts via the website (renovare.org), the online Renovare book club with almost 2000 participants, new online courses, and various speaking engagements. Renovare has continued webinars that were created in response to limited in person gatherings. Three webinars were hosted in FY2023-24, with an average webinar having over 1,000 registrations. Renovare also hosted two online workshops - one on restorative writing, and the other focused on politics and spiritual formation. Renovare continues to see people register for their free "From the Inside Out" online course. Almost 5,000 people from 75 countries have registered for the course, podcast episodes were downloaded over 370,000 times and over 30,000 people now receive "Renovare Weekly" each Friday.

To support renewal at a congregational level, Renovar offers resources and experiences for churches through its Churches in Renewal initiative. These include the Churches in Renewal Cohort Learning Experience (CIRCLE), participation at an annual pastors retreat, and other content and community life offerings.
