To promote the interest of, operate for the benefits of, and support indiana university of pennsylvania and westmoreland county community college (the "supported organizations") by awarding scholarships for education to the supported organizations on an objective and nondiscriminatory basis under procedures approved in advance by the irs and to engage in educational and academic activities related to the fields of study offered by the supported organizations.
