Therapeutic Treatment Homes. RYC provides therapeutic care homes for clients who need a structured, trauma-informed, and treatment-focused environment. All licensed TTH parents are trained in the Teaching Family Model and the skills necessary for this environment. Therapeutic treatment home services are often recommended as an intermediary treatment option for clients leaving residential treatment facilities. This "step-down" option allows them to practice their new prosocial skills and behaviors in a less restrictive, but still structured, environment prior to transitioning back home.

Outpatient. RYC's Outpatient Services program provides a space for youth to access step-down and preventative services. Step-down services provide a lower level of care for youth transitioning away from residential treatment and into a therapeutic treatment home or back to their guardian. These services provide regular structure and routines for the youth and their guardians, to promote a successful transition home. The prevention program is intended to support youth who are struggling at home, in the community, or with school attendance/grades, with the aim of preventing a need for higher-level residential care. RYC staff offer guardians parenting classes, group/individual therapy, and assistance with school tracking and reporting to ensure credit recovery. They also assist youth with job searching, applications, GED prep, and obtaining their driver's permits.

Education: The RYC Education Department staff works with youth to learn skills that teach how to plan and prepare for academic success and achievement. RYC provides year-round access to academic curriculum that provides the opportunity for credit recovery and advancement.Transition to Independence/Outpatient: The TIP program offers youth between 16 and 18 services to support the transition into adulthood. The TIP program focuses on five transition areas to facilitate successful independence: employment and career, educational opportunities, living situation, community life and personal effectiveness. TFC services are recommended for youth either as a step-down from residential treatment to practice pro-social behaviors in a less restrictive environment prior to transitioning home, or for youth needing a smaller, more controlled environment than residential treatment.Ketchikan After School Program: The RYC KAP program provides after school and summer programming services to children in 5th 8th grade. The KAP program provides youth with a safe a place to go after school, hands-on learning experiences, help with homework, nutritious snacks, opportunities for physical activity, and help gaining valuable life skills.SeaLevel: The SeaLevel Youth Center will be a low-barrier, community center for youth ages 15-21. The Center will provide access to food, showers and laundry facilities. There will also be support for education, employment, arts & culture, mental health & wellness and life skills. The SeaLevel Youth Center will also house a cafe that will provide jobs and job training for youth and will facilitate community engagement with the Center.
