Mission is to provide residents the support and services essential for making their lives in the community safe, comfortable, enriched, and meaningful and to provide financial assistance and educational grants to those who serve the aged.

Employee scholarships: provided educational scholarship assistance to employees serving residents of carlsbad by the sea retirmement community to advance their knowledge, both generally as well as specific to eldercare. Scholarship grants were awarded to nine carlsbad by the sea employees.
