Provided entertainment, educational forums, social and cultural activities as well as books and art for enrichment of residents regardless of mobility and income. Between 500 and 550 individuals benefited.

Provided cash assistance for residents who outlive their assets through a grant to the Residents Assistance Fund of the Endowment of Horizon House, a 501 c 3 organization.
