Resoarces, inc. Will provide services and support to agencies that assist individuals through participant directed services. These activities include offering consultation, administrative help, and technical assistance to case management agencies, particularly during the early stages of serve implementation or when resoarces steps in temporarily before being added to a participant's person-centered plan of care. This type of support has been historically categorized as "membership service fees".

Resoarces, inc. Will offer support to individuals employed by individuals who are directing their own medicaid waiver services, with the purpose of promoting employment readiness and job retention. These services may include, but are not limited to, accessible tb assessments, background checks, drug screenings, and other medicaid or team-based requirements that reduce barriers for direct support professionals and caregivers working within the self-directed model. When appropriate, resoarces, inc. May also provide financial assistance for these services at no cost to the employee, based on demonstrated need.
