Resonate delivers leadership training rooted in storytelling to empower women and girls to build self-confidence and unlock leadership potential in order to close gender gaps in east africa.

Training of facilitators (tof): through an intensive learning process, resonate equips staff from partner organizations to become facilitators of our storytelling for leadership programs. This approach enables partners to integrate resonate's tailored confidence and leadership-building curriculum into their own educational or technical training programs. The tof model expands impact by empowering partner facilitators to deliver transformative workshops that foster self-confidence, self-reflection, and personal growth among their beneficiaries/participants. In addition to program delivery skills, facilitators receive training in leadership, effective facilitation, and motivating participants to take meaningful and intended action. In 2024, we trained 27 facilitators in our training of facilitators program.

Professional development: resonate's professional development program works with professionals to develop the soft skills needed to perform well in the workplace. By combining technical training with soft skills like communication, team building, prioritization, professional readiness, seeking out opportunities, and goal setting, resonate helps professionals in east africa learn the leadership skills necessary to advance in their careers. In 2024, we trained 241 participants in our professional development program.
