CIRCLES FOR COMMUNITIES, SCHOOLS & ORGANIZATIONS: In 2024, TRC held restorative justice circles for communities, organizations, and educational institutions. TRC facilitated circles for over 1200 participants, including law enforcement, parolees, educators, students, community activists, judiciary members, prosecutors, and defense attorneys. Drawing upon a deep reservoir of real-world experience and models from around the world. TRC develops and codifies unique, teachable, and flexible structures of restorative justice circles. Our work benefits restorative justice for incarceration, community dysfunction, and resilience, reimagining school conflict, and workplace forums for issues including race relations and sexual harassment. We believe restorative justice offers a way forward for workplaces, schools, communities, and this nation to have transformative conversations with humility and humanity. Circles realign our power and voice.

TRAINING & WORKSHOPS IN RESTORATIVE JUSTICE - FOR FEE OR AT NO COST In 2024, TRC trained more than 300 people in restorative justice, including youth leaders, educators, government officials, and community members. TRC directs academic work and training to advance deeper analysis of the impact of restorative justice and the manners in which the potential of restorative justice can be manifest, integrating restorative justice models from across the globe and spiritual traditions of community building, holding space, and transformation. We are committed to offering training to all individuals and providing financial support to those who need it. TRC leads training for individuals, groups, workplaces, and attorneys with a robust training curriculum. We utilize theory-based lectures, the interactive circle experience, skill development, mock circles, as well as small and large group discussions, focusing on our circle keeper code of conduct.
