Restorative Justice Project Maine facilitates compassionate responses to crime and wrong doing that fosters support and healing for the victim; accountablility, intervention and reintegration of the offender: and renewal and saftey for the community.

Our Training Team provides training to our volunteers and staff, and to outside entitiies such as public schools, social service organizations, and institutions of higher education.

ReEntry-When individuals reenter their communities after incarceration, they face many barriers and challenges that hinder their successful reentry. Many carceral facilities provide limited services and support post-release, leaving people without necessary resources to rebuild their lives. Restorative Justice Project Maine provides valuable rentry services to those leaving incarceration through Support Circles, Reunification Circles, Community Building Circles, and Recovery Circles.
