Restorative partners mission is transforming lives impacted by crime through healing services and relationships. The organization does this work through in-custody programs at county juvenile hall, jail, ca men's colony state prison and their drop-in reentry resource center which provides system navigation, cognitive behavioral therapy, job development including a culinary training partnership program with cuesta college. Additionally, the organization provides drug and alcohol treatment, five recovery houses for men, women, and women with small children, a restorative justice conferencing program, and operate the bridge cafe in downtown san luis obispo. The goal in all is to reduce violence and lower recidivism in the community.

Transforming lives one bite at a time - joining restorative partners dozens of other wraparound programs and services, the bridge cafe creates a community for justice-involved individuals to seek empolyment, gain empowered education, and enter the workforce in a supported, sustainable way. Simultaneously, the bridge cafe allows the community to change lives and engage in restorative practices in a simple way: by grabbing a bite to eat and meeting our staff.
