Rspa inspire - inspire is the rspa's annual leadership conference and the retail it channel's premier leadership event. Inspire attracts c-level and vp-level executives plus future leaders from technology solution providers who serve the retail, restaurant, and grocery markets. Inspire 2025 in curacao attracted 230 registrants and featured three executive-level workshops.

Membership - rspa provides its members numerous resources to help them accelerate their success in the retail technology industry. These services are provided by the rspa staff and third parties. Among the most utilized member services are: member special interest communities, legal assistance through the rspa general counsel, the rspa academy excelerate online learning platform, promotion through content published on the rspa website and in the rspa community connection email newsletter, and member-to-member connections through the rspa member directory and introductions through rspa member services managers. In fy25, rspa attracted 134 new members, experienced an 85+% member-renewal rate (despite multiple industry mergers and acquisitions), and received a net promoter score of +76 through its member survey.
