YOUTH EDUCATION: Our ongoing youth outreach program is actively working with three Title One schools in Leon County. This year our Education Team has expanded Middle School Outreach program. Energy Camp is always a great success and 2024 was no exception. Its a great way for kids in third through sixth grades to learn more about energy and our environment through fun hands-on activities and field trips.
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM: 2024 was the third year we were able to offer paid internships. This year we saw interns nine from five different schools pass successfully through the program gaining useful skills and knowledge about different environmental issues as well as learning how to work with individuals from a wide range of ages and backgrounds. Interns worked in all of ReThinks programs including Education Campaigns and Communications.
