Outreach - rev5s outreach initiatives in 2023-2024 included four weekend retreats for junior high, high school, and college students, with a total of 34 participants. These retreats focused on developing leadership skills, strengthening peer relationships, enhancing soft skills, and helping students discover and refine their sense of purpose. In the summer of 2024, rev5 hosted its second annual three-day ascend the hill conference, drawing 26 high school and college-age students for a focused time of leadership training, personal discipline, and purpose-driven development. Following this event, eight high school attendees participated in a mission trip to nepal led by four alumni, offering a global context for expanding leadership perspectives. Additionally, rev5 hosted a six-day summer tribes program for nine junior high students, emphasizing character formation, relational growth, and foundational leadership development for

Alumni - the rev5 alumni association was informally launched to maintain meaningful connections with graduates and to provide networking opportunities for continued growth. The 2023-2024 year also marked the continuation of the school of entrepreneurship, rev5s official second-year program. This program builds upon the foundational training of year one and focuses on deepening leadership capacity, fostering innovation, and encouraging applied learning. Five alumni participated actively in the institutes programming by mentoring first-year students, leading retreats, and facilitating one-on-one emotional intelligence development. Additionally, five alumni joined current students on the mission trip to nepal, offering support and guidance while further developing their own leadership through cross-cultural engagement.
