RICJ is a social justice organization dedicated to fighting bigotry and racism and promoting understanding and respect among all races, religions, and cultures through advocacy, conflict resolution, and education.

Our Dei Training Program utilizes our teen facilitators to help educate the the community.
Juvenile Justice Program - Provided training, research, program planning, and system change services to an estimated 295 people in Rhode Island this year to help reduce the disproportionate amount of minority juveniles currently in the Rhode Island Juvenile Justice System. This is accomplished by improving systems, policies, and community diversion program that also included Family Court and Juvenile Hearing Boards.
