The rhode island health center association works to support, sustain, and strengthen community health centers so they can provide high-quality, patient-centered, integrated and equitable primary health care to their patients and communities.

As part of this program, the association manages a state-wide network of in-person assister and navigator agencies to help rhode islanders obtain health care coverage.
The association supports fqhcs in rhode island through several programs and grants including payment to health centers - navigator funds and national health sc contributions.
