Clinical services programs the organization owns and operates open door health, an ambulatory medical care facility that provides both primary and sexual health care to rhode island's entire community. Open door health also provides behavioral health services and has a large hiv care and prevention program. Open door health also oversees a hepatology program and offers psychiatry services.

Advocacy, policy and workforce training programs the organization also engages in advocacy focused on advancing public health and has led several statewide advocacy and health education campaigns that have had lasting impacts on local and national health policy. The organization hosts several programs related to training the public health workforce, including clinicians, public health practitioners, and other students in the health professions. The organization also evaluates and publishes about many of its innovative public health programs.
