Rnhs coordinates and align resources between community-based technical assistance providers, and lenders to maximize the resources targeted directly.
Kte/adu - advance racial equity in housing by increasing access to wealth-building and income opportunities through support of financing models for adus that specifically meet the needs of lower and moderate-income homeowners. Prove efficiency, scalability, and innovative adu loans for low to moderate-income homeowners. Program has ended effective april of 2024.
