Riley's way is a non-profit organization in new york city building kind leaders for a better tomorrow. Riley's way works with educators and youth to empower empathy and kindness in teens, and provide them with the infrastructure and support to become change-makers and create lasting connections in their communities.

Programs

Riley's way youth leadership retreats bring together high school students from across the country who are motivated to make the world a better, kinder place. Participants spend the weekend building meaningful connections, developing leadership skills, and participating in fun camp activities. This is a free program that covers travel, lodging, food, and program costs for all participants.

Riley's way chapters are student-led initiatives at high schools, colleges, and universities where young people create positive change through a collaborative, community-based social impact project. Riley's way foundation provides leadership development workshops, funding, and community to support these student leaders in making the world a better, kinder place.
