Student family partnerships: empowered high-achieving, under-resourced charlotte area students and families to achieve long term economic mobility through strategic family-centered advocacy and impactful community connections by providing collaboration with a trained and trusted student-family advocate (sfa) whose partnership centers on student growth & development as well as family stabilty & self-sufficiency, health & wellness, education & careers, and financial literacy & management.
Career development program: a new pilot program with the mission to provide high potential but historically under-resourced college graduates with a 2-year training program opportunity with partner employers. The program provides grants to employers to subsidize the graduates' salaries and incent hiring for the training program.
