The organization provides for the preparation and presentation of educational programs for the medical staff and promotes and maintains high educational standards for all medical staff membersthe organization provides a means to resolve problems and design effective communication among medical staff members and the administration and board of the hospital, as well as maintains a process for peer review of medical staff members.the organization provides leadership in activities to be performed by the medical staff.
