River Of Life World Mission Inc

This charitable corporation is formed for the purpose of spreading the gospel. The individuals who will benefit from the corporation are individuals within the state of new york and surrounding areas. The corporation, in order to accomplish this, shall teach and preach the gospel to all people, conduct evangelistic activities, license and ordain ministers of the gospel, provide religious, charitable and humanitarian services. The corporation shall not, either directly or indirectly engage in or include among its purposes, any of the acts or activities that would require consent pursuant to section 404(a)(w) of the not-for-profit corporation law.
