To prepare youth and unskilled adults for entry into the workforce and to assist economically disadvantaged individuals in becoming self sufficient.

Nlj-employer training funidng is administered for the purpose of promoting, collaborating, and reimbursing employers for conducting eligible training in nlj within the region and across the state.
