Riverside Emergency Services Association Incorporated

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, education and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. The specific purposes and objectives of this corporation shall be: 1. To assist riverside community fire department in the execution and performances of responsibilities to the citizens of riverside and vicinity with regard to the study and advancement of the science of fire prevention, fire protection and suppression and general emergency response. 2. To conduct civic and social services, charitable and fund raising activites which support the community and riverside community fire department. 3. To buy,own,lease, rent and hold real and personal property and operate and maintain said property for the purpose of carrying out, advancing and accomplishing its purpose and objectives:which may promote the interest of the corp
