Riviera Beach Firefighters Health Insurance Trust Fund

The Trust Fund is created, established and maintained, and the Board of Trustees agrees to receive, hold and administer the Trust Fund, for the purposes of helping to offset the cost of health insurance after retirement and providing such benefits as now are, or may hereafter be, authorized or permitted by law for Participants and in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Plan.
