Road To Hope

The hope line served 447 individuals, connecting women and families with housing, material resources, and community programs. The hope forward aftercare program served 109 clients, providing ongoing relationships, case management, life-skills classes, and emotional and spiritual support to help families maintain housing and independence.clients participated in 2,000+ hours of life-skills training and received over 680 hours of case management, supporting progress toward housing stability, parenting readiness, and healthy independence.
