To maintain and enhance the quality of life, including economic development, in roane state's service area by developing friends and raising funds for the support of educational, cultural and service goals of roane state community college. The foundation assists the entire college family in promoting excellence for the institution by securing financial support for educational, cultural, and economic development activities.
