Agriculture leadership activities the robertson county farm bureau structure of organizational leadership provides many opportunities for member leaders to keep abreast of issues that affect agriculture. Local board members attend organizational & educational meetings each month. They participate in other local agricultural, civic, & community organizations. Leaders attend district, state & national conferences to network with farmers & other agriculturalists to learn about current issues facing agriculture. A highly developed committee structure provides leadership opportunities for members through meetings, regular communications, and agricultural activities.

Youth leadership development the robertson county fb supports youth agriculture organizaions both financially and with volunteer hours. The organization is a primary sponsor of the robertson county 4-h organization. The board members serve as judges for contests that the 4-h and ffa have and the farm bureau also donates money for awards and for needed supplies at the state and national level. The roberston county farm bureau has a farm day where greade school children are able to see what goes on on a daily basis on the farm and to see where their food and fiber comes from.
