Rochester Knighthawks Amerks Charitable Foundation Inc

The rochester knighthawks charitable foundation, inc. Is organized and will be operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes. In order to carry out these purposes, the foundation expects to make grants to organizations that qualify as "public charities" as described in sections 501(c)(3) and 590(a) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended by (the code), to support the exempt activities carried on by those organizations. It is through these activities and commitments that the organization will accomplish its objectives.
