Rochester Lightning Inc

This corporation is formed exclusively for the purpose ofconducting activities which are those of an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as may be amended from time to time, and regulations thereunder ("code"); and the corporation shall not carry on any activities not permitted to be carried on by an organization exempt from federal income taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the code. In particular, the purpose of the corporation shall be amateur youth sporting activities.
