A contract between the manufacturers association of central new york (macny) and rochester technology and manufacturing association (rtma) for the rtma to act as the intermediary sponsor in implementing apprenticeship programs for manufacturing in the greater rochester area. The intent is to provide skilled labor in critical areas.
