Rock Creek Diamond Club

The Rock Creek Diamond Club is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Specifically, the purpose of the organization is to solicit contributions for the construction of a new baseball field for Rock Creek High School, and to organize and manage the construction of the baseball field at Rock Creek High School, which is for educational, curricular and extracurricular competition related to baseball activities.
