Promoting, developing, assisting, and supporting the bands and related education activities and programs of rock lake middle school (collectively, the "bands") through the cooperation of rock lake middle school's administrators and the members, staff, parents, sponsors, and volunteers of the bands. Encouraging and inspiring interest in the bands' activities and promoting community interest in the bands.
