Rock valley community programs, inc. Provides services based on accountability, safety and treatment that enhance the community and the criminal justice system. Rvcp, inc. Will develop and administer programs through partnerships with local, state and federal agencies to serve residents in the greater rock county area with public safety the constant. Rvcp, inc. Programs will provide the opportunity for education, treatment, and guidance in the areas of community service, substance abuse, cognitive behavioral restructuring, employment and residency.

Veteran services - rvcp provides transitional housing and supportive services for homeless veterans from visn 12 (northern illinois, wisconsin, and the upper peninsula of michigan).
Crisis prevention services - rvcp provides short-term residential crisis stabilization services to clients for the purpose of reducing mental health symptoms to prevent the need for inpatient hospitalization. Clients are referred from the rock county human services department.
