Romeo Education Association Mea-Nea

The primary exempt purpose is representing professionals in the romeo school district in collective bargaining with that district. It also includes processing an average of 4 grievances in a year. This process includes counseling to the member, filing the grievance, meeting with the administration and representing the member(s) in arbitration hearings as necessary. The organization also provides internal communications to the members through newsletters issued an average of 8 times per year. Topics included in these newsletters change according to current issues.
